PGN Nutrition TrimFat
“Keep the muscle…keep the fat.” That’s the slogan for PGN Nutrition TrimFat another weight loss supplement designed with women in mind. If fact, they go a bit farther and claim this fat burner is from women only.
According to Phat Girl Nutrition, the pills ingredients will target a women’s hips and thighs – an area most women are constantly fighting to keep looking good. I really don’t see much in the ingredient profile to lead me to think that somehow this pill can magically zero in on the thighs and hips only.
Many of the ingredients contained in PGN Nutrition TrimFat are ones you’ll find in numerous other pills. Always be wary of these kinds of marketing techniques. I won’t go so far as to say that PGN Nutrition TrimFat doesn’t have the ability to trim down the fat in the above-mentioned areas, but it’s really hard for a pill that’s been orally ingested to work in one specific area.
That’s true for areas like thighs, hips and abs – each one of those seems to be popular areas that weight loss companies hit hard in their marketing campaigns.
What are the Ingredients inside PGN Nutrition TrimFat?
The ingredient profile is very similar to what I’ve seen in other fat burners. They use reliable ingredients that have proven to show decent results. You can break the pill up into three basic parts: Vitamins, TFI Blend and BerryLean Blend.
The vitamins included in the product are Vitamin B6, B5 and B12. The vitamins are a natural approach and can help boost the body’s energy level. I don’t think you’ll see miracles with them but they’re a standard building block for these types of pills.
The TFI Blend seems to me where most of the power of the product is going to come from. They list Cayenne Pepper, USP, Caffeine, Hordinine HCL, Synephrine HCL, Vinpocetine and Yohimbine HCL.
The Cayenne pepper is a mild metabolism booster, Caffeine and Synephrine are both going to help crank up the thermogenic burn rate in the body as well. Yohimbine also has mild fat burning abilities but might be better known as a natural aphrodisiac. Watch out!
The final blend, the BerryLean Blend is mostly window dressing. It contains a nice collection of berry extracts to help speed things along and to may also take some of the edge off, but I really think most of the punch comes from that TFI Blend.
That means it relies heavily upon caffeine and stimulants like it to get the job done. We always make a point to caution dieters on the use of caffeine as it could lead to unwanted side effects like nervousness, jitteriness, insomnia and so forth.
Final thoughts
The product relies on solid ingredients for average results. I don’t think you’ll crash and burn by taking PGN Nutrition TrimFat but you certainly won’t get magical results either. It’s not our favorite fat burner nor is it or least favorite burner; it’s somewhere in between and I think you’ll find, if you purchase the product, that you agree with us.
