Bloat-Less
It happens to everyone, you wake up and you feel fat! You get on the scale and your weight is the same, but your pants just don’t seem to fit right. Most people’s weight can fluctuate anywhere from 5-10 lbs weekly. Most of the extra weight can be contributed to water weight. This weight can easily come off, but just as easy as quickly as it comes off, the weight comes right back on without warning.
Bloat-less is scientifically formulated to ease bloating and discomfort of excess fluid retention. It’s specifically made for woman, especially to help during that “time of the month.” Does bloat-less work and is it safe?
Ingredients
Bloat-less contains some key ingredients which include:
- Potassium- an important mineral for various health functions in your body. One of those key health functions is fluid balance in the body, which when unbalanced causes bloating and other discomforts. Potassium is also key in kidney function and many intra-cellular activities. When you have insufficient potassium in your body you retain more water which leads to you bloating. By putting potassium into your system, you reduce water retention and restore fluid equilibrium throughout your body. However there is risk in overdosing because it can cause tissue damage, as well as gastric and intestinal problems.
- Bloat-Less Herbal Blend- Uva-ursi extract (a bearberry extract which is used to clear out bacteria associated with a urinary tract infection) Dandelion powder, Bucha powder, Hibiscus extract, parsley extract.
- Anti-Bloat Berry Blend- Cranberry (proven to help with urinary tract infections), Grape seed, Juniper Berry powder
These ingredients can help remove toxins and harmful substances in your body, but none of these ingredients will provide lasting effects of weight loss.
Just because a product is all natural, doesn’t mean that there aren’t side effects associated with it. Some side effects of Bloat-Less can include; nausea, dizziness, headaches, and the excessive need to urinate.
It was very concerning to me that on the website for Bloat-Less there is the following warning. It says, “(State of California Prop 65) This product contains a chemical known to the State of California to cause birth defects or other reproductive harm.” You should probably consult a doctor if you want to use this product.
Bloat-Less costs around $9.99 for 30 tablets. There is no mention of a customer satisfaction guarantee.
Final Thoughts
Using a product like Bloat-Less can definitely help you lose some water weight and actually help with maintaining a healthy bladder. But, Bloat-Less is not going to remove fat and you will not see permanent weight loss results when using this product. I am also weary that there is such a strong warning on the website concerning Bloat-Less. That warning enough makes me skeptical of using this product.
