The active weight-loss ingredients in Burnmore that will help you burn fat are the chromium, cayenne pepper extract, and long pepper extract.  The B Vitamins are also important because they can help sustain natural energy levels.

I do like many things about this supplement such as the 100% natural ingredients and the lack of harsh stimulants.  I also think that there may be some weight loss advantages and some blood sugar regulating benefits to the supplement.  With that said, I do think that there are probably more effective stimulant free supplements on the market today.  I don’t think that this diet pill will help contribute to a large amount of long-term weight loss.  I also do not like how the supplement uses proprietary blends when disclosing their ingredients.  It definitely makes me wonder how much of the effective products are actually in the formula.
