I have tried using chili pepper fat burners in the past but they are all extremely irritating.  I have noticed that they cause problems like irritation in the back of your throat or digestive upset.  CapsiPure claims they have avoided these problems making it even easier for a busy mom like me to use.  The problem is that consumers are still reporting some pretty significant problems.  If it means heart burn I don’t think it’s any better to use than a stimulating fat burner.

CapsiPure uses capsicum fruit extract, black pepper extract, caffeine, and niacin.  They do not list the amounts of any of these ingredients so it is unlikely that you will get enough to make a huge difference.  CapsiPure also uses caffeine so there is the potential of a few side effects.  Some people say there is just enough caffeine to get you through a tough day.

Using CapsiPure can stimulate a decrease in fat.  If there is enough of the key ingredients it can help to breakdown fat in your body leaving you with a slim appearance.  CapsiPure may be helpful but it is certainly not the most effective chili pepper fat burner around.  In addition, it does not have anything that will prevent you from experience the typical side effects associated with the use of capsicum.

Does CapsiPure offer a money-back guarantee?

A guarantee is not advertised for CapsiPure.  It is sold in the UK so shipping gets rather expensive if you want it in the US which was a huge turn off for me.  If you are going to spend more than $40 on a thermogenic fat burner you should buy one that is backed by a guarantee.

Final Thoughts

CapsiPure appears to be even less effective than another chili pepper fat burner, CapsiPlex.  It imitates this fat burner but has even less power.  CapsiPlex advertises you can burn an extra 278 calories a day.  Over a week that translates to an extra half pound of weight that is lost.  There are other at burners that use high-quality ingredients and still avoid side effects which is ideal for me since I’m always on the go.
