Ingredients in Optislim Fat Terminator

I had a hard time finding any information on Optislim Fat Terminator.  Even the makers of the VLCD (Very Low Calorie Diet) product line don’t seem to offer Fat Terminator on their site anymore.  Here’s what I managed to find out:

• Chitosan-fat binder.  Unfortunately the amount of fat Chitosan is able to bind is minuscule.  This ingredient is more hype than anything else.
• Bitter Orange-produces Synephrine which is a natural form of ephedrine that stimulates metabolic rate without negatively affecting the cardiovascular and nervous systems.
• B vitamin Complex-a natural way to gently stimulate energy levels and metabolism.
• Brindleberry-aka Garcinia Cambogia or Hydroxycitric acid contains an active compound which inhibits the synthesis of fatty acids and lowers LDL cholesterol. Also controls appetite by producing more glycogen (stored glucose) which signals to the brain’s satiety center that you’re full.
• Chromium-regulates blood sugar levels so you don’t crave high sugar/carb foods.  Also helps your body utilize blood glucose for energy rather than storing it as fat.
• Gynema Sylvestre-traditionally used to control diabetes, Gynema Sylvestre regulates blood sugar so you don’t crave sugary foods.
• Green Tea-high in antioxidant power, kills free radicals that cause cellular damage and consequent disease and aging.  Also contains natural caffeine and EGCG which stimulate metabolism and fat oxidation.
• Kelp-high in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, Kelp is thought to promote thyroid health.  An optimally running thyroid gland is essential to metabolism and weight loss.

Here’s my problem folks–only two of these ingredients (Chromium and Green Tea) have clinical testing to back them as proven weight loss ingredients.  And you have to take them in the CORRECT DOSAGES to work.  For example, Chromium requires 200-400 mcg per serving to be effective. 

Optislim fails to divulge ingredient dosages.  I don’t know whether the above are tossed unceremoniously into a proprietary blend (which would render it more or less useless), or if they are administered in good dosages. 

Fat Terminator does try to cover all the basics of weight loss—incorporating a fat burner, fat binder, appetite suppressant, blood regulators, energy enhancers and even something for thyroid health–but I highly doubt you’re getting anywhere near effective quantities. 

If they were, Optislim would be a) shouting them from the rooftops and b) selling this product on their website!!!

Does Optislim Fat Terminator Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

No.  None of the Optislim products are backed with a money-back guarantee.  A company that offers a refund is so confident you’ll be satisfied with the results they put their money where their mouth is!  Optislim’s mouth is firmly shut.

Final Thoughts

Why aren’t Australian company Optislim offering Fat Terminator on their official site?  Why is ingredient dosage impossible to find?  Why are people either complaining about lack of results, or having very real health issues after taking Fat Terminator? 

I would highly recommend you stay away from this product.

If you really must have it you’ll have to shop around to find the best price–and you’re not getting your money back.

You’re far better off purchasing a fat burner with six or more clinically proven ingredients and a 100% lifetime money-back guarantee.  They may not be Australian.  They may not have a chick with a hot body on the label.  But you will experience results.

And you’ll not have an inflamed liver and an angry doctor either…
