Hydroxycut Pro Clinical Caffeine Free Reviews

I just love it when weight loss companies throw words like “Pro Clinical” into their title.  It seems to add weight (pardon the pun) to the effectiveness of the product. 

 Unfortunately “Pro Clinical” makes me think of toothpaste rather than weight loss. 

I could find no reviews for this caffeine-free formula–inside or outside of the official Hydroxycut website.

And sometimes no news isn’t good news.

Hydroxycut got into some trouble a short while back.  It seems its main ingredient hydroxycitrate acid was thought to be responsible for liver damage.  Fortunately Hydroxycut has gone beyond that and are now producing safe formulas–in particular Pro Clinical Caffeine-Free–which is stimulant free. 

My question is–is it effect-free?

Not-so exciting claims–with a not-so exciting formula?  Let’s look at it.

The ingredients in Hydroxycut Pro Clinical Caffeine Free are delivered in three formulas within a low, LOW 340 mg proprietary blend! 

I think it’s hilarious when weight loss companies think to wow their customers with loads of ingredients–and then toss them into a small blend.  Not only are there so many ingredients that you can’t possibly be getting enough of them, but also there’s no way of gauging how much of each ingredient you’re getting!  You could be receiving far too little of the more expensive–and effective–ingredients, and too much of the cheap and ineffective ones! 

Here is what’s in Hydroxycut’s Pro Clinical Caffeine Free blend:

• Vitamin C-high in antioxidants that will build up the immune system.
• Calcium-essential to bone health.
• Goji Extract-a ‘super fruit’ that is packed full of antioxidants good for your overall health.
• Acerola Concentrate-one of the richest sources of vitamin C, full of antioxidants and super good for your immune system.
• Blueberry Concentrate-high in antioxidants that kill free radicals and protect the body against disease and aging.
• Pomegranate-another ‘super fruit’ that may inhibit fat cell formation.

• Lady’s Mantle Extract-used for cell rejuvenation and repairing damaged skin.

Ahem.  Someone please tell me where the ‘weight loss’ ingredients are here?  These ingredients–if they were delivered in a higher dosage–would be good for your overall health with their antioxidant power.  Although some of these (Lady’s Mantle and Wild Mint Extract for instance) seem more herbal and folkloresy than anything. 

And just where are the clinical ingredients here?  Hydroxycut claims this product is clinically proven for weight loss, but then cite a study done by their own company! 

Yeah–like I for one am going to take their word for it. 

I’m sorry, but this is 340 mg of “FLUFF.”

Does Hydroxycut Pro Clinical Caffeine Free Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?

No.  Hydroxycut sells their product through third-party retailers like Walmart.  As such you’ll be at the mercy of whatever return policy is offered by the retailer of your choice.  Just keep in mind most will not refund on opened product.

Final Thoughts

Hydroxycut Pro Clinical Caffeine Free cut out the only ingredient that may have made this product (a little) effective-caffeine.   The ingredients are good for you–although the low dosage makes me dispute even this–and certainly not targeted towards weight loss.

Hydroxycut markets its product line along with diet and exercise.  After using a couple of the Hydroxycut products myself–with little results–I’d say that the weight loss consumer’s experience is due to the change in diet and exercise. 

You’re better off buying a top-rated fat burner  full of clinically proven ingredients for WEIGHT LOSS. 

Bottom line–you’d be mad to buy this product.
