NOS Blast by Precision Engineered seems to be beloved by body builders and beefcakes.  It is a pre-workout drink (a dry mix you add to water) and helps prepare the body for some serious iron-crunching and rep-induced groaning.

Final Thoughts

This seems like a sound blend of ingredients and most body builder’s comments were positive–and let’s face it, they’re the “Gym Warriors” who’ve taken NOS Blast and felt it powering through them, providing more workout endurance and fat burning.  Unfortunately blends are never, ever reliable–you can’t tell if you’re receiving the correct dosage for each ingredient–and often, you aren’t.

As far as pre-workout drinks go, this one looks pretty sound, but is kind of on the expensive side.  Look for deals.  Vitamin World periodically sells them two for one.
