The key claim made by Nutrabolics Hemodrene for Her is it can help a dieter lose fat in 6 different ways. I’m not exactly sure what they’re getting with that claim. How many ways can one lose weight? And if they’re referring to the various methods that their ingredients help promote weight loss, couldn’t every other weight loss company make the same claims? I’m a little confused.

But marketing aside, the burning question is whether or not Nutrabolics Hemodrene for Her can actually deliver solid weight loss. That’s going to be long shot based on what I see from their formula. Sure, you should see a little weight loss, some appetite control and a slight increase energy – that’s essentially what those weight loss ingredients they’ve included in the formula can deliver. The problem isn’t with the ingredients – it’s with the choice the manufactures made by mixing all of their ingredients in seven large blends.

Let me explain further: it’s not uncommon for some weight loss pills to claim a number of top-notch ingredients, only to include effective amounts in just a couple of the ingredients – not all of them.

First is the Lipid Metabolism Activating Matrix: it contains Red raspberry ketones, Nelumbo nucifera rhizome etract, Salacia reticulata extract, Mangifera Indica leaf extract, Oolong tea extract, Pomegranate leaf extract, Grape seed extract and Capsaicin USP.

This is probably going to be the major weight loss player in this formula. They include some fairly decent ingredients like Green tea and Oolong tea extracts. The purpose of the Lipid Metabolism Activating Matrix is to trigger the release of stored fat cells so they can be burned into energy. These lipids facilitate this process.

They included the Mangifera Indica leaf in the matrix and claim that this extract to be one of the foundations of the compound. As a powerful phenolic, the extract from the leaf can help to reduce blood sugar levels, which is crucial to the lipid process because these blood sugar levels can block the lipids from releasing the fat – and thus prohibiting the fat from being burned. There is some debate as to how effective this extract really is. In theory, it sounds great but the application is somewhat more difficult to accomplish.

There are a number of other compounds in the pill but they’re really not worth delving into. They do include an “advanced water shedding matrix,” which is supposed to help remove water trapped under the surface of the skin. Because they don’t list the active amounts of the ingredients in their blends, it makes it really hard for us to take an active stance on the product. Some of the ingredients in the pill are pretty solid but again, it’s a wash until we know more about the pill. I haven’t heard much about it, which also makes me a little nervous.
