Although Quicktrim Fast Cleanse uses more or less the same formula as the rest of the Quicktrim line, it’s meant to be a jump start on your weight loss. Or, as the manufacturers describe, “when you absolutely, positively MUST fit into your favorite dress or jeans.”

The lemon detox blend contains a long list of ingredients in unknown quantities but only totals 65 calories. Here are the ingredients we believe will do the most to help you lose water weight fast.

Lemon Juice helps improve digestion and lowers the absorption of sugars into your body.

Soybean Fiber is full of healthy fats, and like Fibersol, helps you feel full even though your stomach may not have reached capacity.
Licorice Root diminishes your cravings for sweet and sugary foods that won’t help you get where you want to be.
Eleuthero Root lowers stress levels and helps boost natural energy reserves in the body.
Barley Grass lowers blood sugar and purifies toxins in the body. It also works as an appetite suppressant.
