SAN Tight Fem is composed of a single “thermogenic complex.” The ingredients in the thermogenic fat burner complex are listed but only the total quantity, 435mg, is listed and not the individual doses. The complex itself is made up of the following ingredients:

• Coleus forskohlii
• Guggulsterones Extract (E & Z Isomers)
• Vinca Minor Plant
• Yohimbe Bark
• Microcrystalline cellulose, Red 3, Yellow 6, Titatium Dioxide, Magnesium Stearate

None of these ingredients would be considered a top rated fat burner. Yohimbe bark is widely used in thermogenic fat burners but has been shown to counteract its own thermogenic effects.  Forskohlii and Gugguslterones are meant to increase testosterone which can lead to increased muscle mass when taken in proper doses. Increased muscle mass would lead to more calorie consumption and reduced weight but boosting testosterone doesn’t sound very specific to a woman’s dietary needs.

Final Thoughts

There are thousands upon thousands of thermogenic fat burners on the market. Each one is marketed as the best thing since sliced bread yet, for the most part, they are all the same. Generally speaking a fat burner will either be completely useless, really good or middle of the road. Most products fall into that middle of the road category. With all the products to choose from there really isn’t any reason to buy something that is just ok. SAN Tight Fem fits into this middle of the road category. It really isn’t going to give women a better result and there isn’t anything in it that would differentiate it from the top rated fat burners that sell for a comparable price.
