SlimQuick Energy is specifically designed for women (sorry men!) to help boost their energy levels and hopefully help them lose a little weight in the process. SlimQuick is really going after the women’s dietary niche. This might be the 3rd or 4th SlimQuick product we’ve reviewed that targets women only.
Ingredients in SlimQuick Energy
As we do with all our product reviews we look first and foremost at ingredients. This will tell us a lot about the product and whether or not it will actually work as it says it will. SlimQuick Energy boasts a ton of supplements, with about half of those coming in their SlimQuick Energy 6 Ways Complex, or in other words, a giant proprietary blend.
It’s common for such products to list their products is such a blend, but it makes it hard for you and I to get an accurate idea of the individual amounts included in the product. For example, the complex lists caffeine anhydrous as an ingredient. This is a solid and effective weight loss agent but for it to be effective it needs about 400 mg to do so. Again, because they don’t list the dosage amounts it’s hard to know if the effective amounts are used.
As for the rest of the ingredient line-up, most of them are vitamin based and each seems to play an active part in helping to boost the body’s energy levels. This of course doesn’t have much of a weight loss effect but it could help you sustain longer workouts or may even just help you sum up the energy to workout.
Final thoughts on SlimQuick Energy
If you’re looking for an energy booster, this could work. It won’t help you lose weight, so lets not get any illusions about that but as energy booster I could see it performing in that area.
