Final Thoughts

I really don’t think I can recommend this product either way.  I do not like the fact that you do not know how much of the key ingredients you are getting when you steep the tea bag.  I think I would also get sick of drinking three cups of the same tea every single day.  I also wonder how much more effective this tea is in comparison to the green tea you can but at the grocery store for a much lower price.  It is true, a Japanese study found it to be 157% more effective than green tea but there isn’t any other research out there to back this claim up.  If you like tea and can afford the $56.95 a month for TavaTea it may be worth a try.  However, it seems like it might be easier to swallow a pill with many of the same benefits.
